As our catering is delivered ready to enjoy, we recommend scheduling delivery as close to your desired eating time as possible—especially if hot food is included. If your order is packed in catering boxes, our team will only need around 15 minutes to unload and set everything up for you.
For grazing tables and catering served on our wooden boards, we’ll arrive approximately 30–45 minutes before your event start time. Boards arrive 90% pre-prepared, with final touches completed on site. Hot items are kept in insulated boxes and plated or unwrapped last to ensure maximum freshness and temperature.
We’ll return to collect the boards—typically the following day. If your event is on a Sunday, we’ll arrange collection on Monday. You’re welcome to leave them in a secure location for pick-up, so you don’t need to wait around.
This depends on the type of service you’re after. Use your usual meal spend as a rough guide:
Light snack: $10–$15 per person
Lunch-sized portion: $14–$25 per person
Substantial meal or dinner: $25–$60 per person

Yes. All catering includes kraft cocktail napkins, cardboard serving trays, and wooden cutlery if needed—at no extra cost.
A deposit is only required for orders over $3,000 (incl. GST). If applicable, we’ll request payment two weeks before the event, via bank transfer or credit card.
Invoices must be paid in full before the event—ideally by the day prior. For weekend or public holiday events, we may request payment on the closest business day beforehand.
Absolutely. We can accommodate nearly all dietary needs and can modify most packages to suit for a small additional charge. For large groups, we can individually box and label meals to ensure the right guest receives the right dish.
