In February 2024, we expanded from Simple Coffee House in Southport into a dedicated catering kitchen in Nerang.

General Manager Nicole Scott, who joined in 2018, has helped grow the catering arm that Simon Shanahan founded into its new home.

Working alongside our full-time chef, Nicole ensures the same values, service, and experience that defined Simple Coffee House now reach workplaces, events, and homes across the Gold Coast.

From breakfasts, morning teas, and lunches through to afternoon teas and dinners, we cater for every occasion — with boxed or board-style setups, beautifully presented
grazing platters, lunch packages, and custom event menus, all crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
